I am from a small rural town in North Texas, Poolville. I loved growing up in the country, beneath the bright Texas stars at night, and wide open spaces to roam. When coming to UT, I chose to be a mechanical engineer because I desired to learn a little bit about everything, specifically the dynamics behind mechanical systems. 

    

Aside from school, my family and I love to travel. I have enjoyed seeing all parts of the world and interacting with the people at each location.

 

I have played soccer for my entire life and enjoy watching it in the world cup (I am not much of a league watcher). I have been able to incorporate my love for soccer with my travelling through a mission trip. This time, I hope to use my engineering skills to build a project with a community!
