Team Mexico 2019
We are enhancing the current drying process and storage of mesquite pods of the community's local mesquite production to boost economic growth.
We are working with a nonprofit organization, Tejiendo Alianzas and community members of Santiago Suchilquitongo near Oaxaca, Mexico.
We need your help to build our project in working with our local mesquite flour producing community!
