I am a junior advertising student with a minor in social work. I am from Austin (I’ve lived abroad but I’ve been in Austin since third grade so I call Austin my home). I LOVE food and cannot wait to try the food in Oaxaca!

 

Right now I think I want to go into account management for a large advertising agency and then work on communication strategies for non-profits later in my career. My goal in life is to travel the world, so any job that allows me to travel at least within the United States is ideal to me.

 

 This summer I really hope that this project allows us to make a difference in the community. My goal is to build a relationship with the community that makes it hard for us to leave. Building and maintaining relationships in the beginning with the community will hopefully allow us to feel comfortable sharing ideas and concerns.
